Who this is for

We work with founders and product teams who need to ship software quickly without sacrificing engineering quality.

01

Funded Founders

A validated idea and funding, looking for a technical co-builder to ship it.

02

Product Managers

Launching a new product inside an established company.

03

Startup Studios

Managing and shipping multiple products in parallel.

Recent builds

  • Fintech lending platforms and CRMs
  • E-commerce storefronts and recommendation systems
  • Healthtech patient intake tools
  • Legal research and recruitment platforms

How we deliver

  1. Phase_01

    Discovery & Scoping

We define the product, the user, and the first release. Architecture decisions are made here, not discovered during build.

  2. Phase_02

    Design & Prototype

Clickable prototypes validated with real users. We do not build features nobody wants.

  3. Phase_03

    Build in Sprints

Weekly releases with you in the loop. Working software every Friday, not a big reveal after months.

  4. Phase_04

    Launch & Iterate

Production deployment with monitoring, analytics, and a roadmap for iteration based on real usage data.

Questions we hear

A focused MVP -- one core workflow, one user type, one integration -- takes 4-6 weeks from kickoff to deployed product. That's a real URL with real users, not a Figma prototype. Projects that try to ship everything at once take 10-14 weeks and usually deliver a worse product. We'll push back on scope if we think it's stretching the timeline without adding value.

We default to a stack we can move fast in and that scales: Next.js on the frontend, FastAPI on the backend, PostgreSQL as the primary database, deployed on AWS or Vercel. If you have existing infrastructure, we evaluate whether extending it makes more sense than starting fresh. Framework choice follows from the product requirements.

Yes, using React Native with Expo. For most early-stage products, we recommend starting with a responsive web application. We move to native mobile when you have validated product-market fit and users specifically need an app-store experience or offline functionality and device hardware access.

We offer three post-launch tiers. A maintenance retainer ($1,500-$3,000/month) covers bug fixes and dependency updates. A growth retainer ($4,000-$8,000/month) covers active product development. For larger ongoing builds, we transition to a staff augmentation model with embedded engineers. We don't disappear after go-live.

Yes, and this is a significant portion of our work. We audit the existing architecture first to understand data access patterns and API structure. Common integrations include adding RAG-based search, embedding LLM summarization layers, or adding computer vision-based quality checks to existing flows.

We will scope the MVP and ship it in weeks, not months.
