TensorLabs was founded in 2023 in Islamabad, Pakistan with a straightforward thesis: most AI projects fail not because the model is wrong, but because the engineering around it is missing. Auth, billing, monitoring, data pipelines, edge deployment: the infrastructure that turns a notebook demo into a product people rely on.
We grew to 25 engineers organized into specialist pods across ML, full-stack product, and platform infrastructure. We have worked with 80+ clients across fintech, healthtech, e-commerce, legal tech, and logistics. Our builds have helped clients raise $5.2M in capital from pre-seed through Series A, and we retain 98% of clients because the work ships and scales.
