Started in 2023. Shipping ever since.

TensorLabs was founded in 2023 in Islamabad, Pakistan with a straightforward thesis: most AI projects fail not because the model is wrong, but because the engineering around it is missing. Auth, billing, monitoring, data pipelines, edge deployment: the infrastructure that turns a notebook demo into a product people rely on.

We work in specialist pods: an ML pod that owns models and evaluation, product pods that ship the interfaces and APIs around them, and a platform pod that keeps everything deployable, observable, and cheap to run. Most engagements start as a fixed-scope POC and graduate into a production build. Our clients are overseas: the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and the Gulf.

Every project gets an owner, a delivery timeline, and weekly check-ins. We measure success by what makes it to production and what stays there.

Our Mission

To build intelligent systems that businesses actually use, not just demo. We measure success by what ships, what scales, and what sticks.

  1. 2023

    Founded in Islamabad

Started with the thesis this page opens with: AI projects die on the engineering around the model, not the model. First production builds shipped for overseas clients within the year.

  2. 2024

    Specialist pods

Reorganized from one generalist team into dedicated ML, product, and platform pods, and expanded from one-off builds into fintech, healthtech, and legal-tech work.

  3. 2025

    From MVPs to enterprise

The mix shifted: alongside startup MVPs came long-running enterprise engagements in data-heavy domains like geoscience, medical education, and logistics. Clients started staying for the platform work after the model shipped.

  4. 2026

    Products and publishing

Launched our own products alongside client work, including Qualzo, an AI recruitment platform. Started publishing a weekly AI-engineering newsletter across a dozen industries and hands-on engineering guides several times a week.
